• Customized products

Based on the nature of our business, which depends on custom manufacturing and special sizes, we would like to emphasize the following:

• Adoption of schemes: As soon as the customer signs or finally approves the engineering schemes, the actual supply and manufacturing process begins.
• Non-refundability: The customer does not have the right to request a return or replacement of any equipment or product manufactured based on pre-approved schemes, due to the customization of raw materials and cutting and welding operations according to the customer's special requirements.

• Order cancellation

• In the event that the design has been started but the manufacturing has not been started, the value of “design fee” is deducted from the refund amount.

• Factory defects and quality assurance

We guarantee the conformity of the finished product to the specifications agreed in the approved scheme:

• Inspection upon receipt: The customer is obliged to inspect the equipment immediately upon receipt to ensure its safety from any damage caused by transportation or obvious defects.
• Responsibility: In the event of a factory error (violation of the approved scheme), the manufacturer will be responsible for modifying or replacing the product without charging the customer any additional costs, provided that this is reported within [48 hours] from the date of receipt.

• Exceptions not covered by the replacement

The right of free replacement or modification does not apply in the following cases:

• Errors in measurements or specifications provided by the customer and the scheme was approved based on them.
• Misuse or incorrect storage of equipment after delivery.
• Make any modifications to the equipment by a third party without reference to the manufacturer.
