Return and Exchange Policy
At Mass creativity diamond, we always strive to provide high-quality products and a distinctive shopping experience for our customers. Therefore, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy that allows you the right to return or exchange products under the following conditions.
Return and exchange period
The customer has the right to request a return or replacement of the product within 14 days from the date of receipt.
The product must be in its original and unused condition, with the original packaging and invoice present.
Terms of return
The product must be undamaged or fully used.
The purchase receipt or the original invoice must be attached.
Some special or discounted products may be non-refundable, this will be clarified when purchasing the product.
Refund procedure
Get in touch with the customer service team by phone, email or WhatsApp.
Provide the invoice number and details of the product you would like to return or exchange.
The method of returning and receiving the product will be determined by you or through our delivery service.
After the item is received and inspected, the refund or replacement for the replacement product will be made within 5 to 7 working days.
Fees & shipping
If there is an error on our part or the product is damaged, the store will bear the shipping fee.
If the return or replacement is for personal reasons from the customer, the shipping fee is borne by the customer.
Replacement
The product can be exchanged for any other product of the same value or pay the difference if the replaced product is more expensive.
All Exchange conditions are subject to the same conditions as the return in terms of condition and duration.
Non-refundable products
Customized products as per customer's request or engraved on it special details.
Products that are permanently discounted or within promotions, unless they have manufacturing defects.
